Product Specifications

STEP-SAFE® tiles are comprised of a polymer concrete with specially blended polyester resins, promoters, initiators and inert aggregate. The coarse aggregate on the back of each tile enhances adhesion to Portland cement concrete substrate, using an exterior latex-based adhesive material.
STEP-SAFE's uniformly mixed pigment assures color will not fade from wear or sunlight.

Properties

STEP-SAFE® tiles are manufactured in two sizes: 12" x 12" x .5" (300mm x 300mm x 12mm) and
24" x 24" x .5" (600mm x 600mm x 12mm). Standard colors are charcoal grey, forest green, bright white, brick red, chocolate brown and safety yellow. Custom colors are available per project requirement. For dome size and details, see drawing.
